Welcome. My name is Pascal. I’m an energy therapist. I created Magnetic Bio-Harmony (MBH) as a way for men to reconnect with themselves, rebalance their energy, and regain clarity and vitality in their lives.

Stress, emotional overload, and the pressure to perform can drain your inner resources and disconnect you from what truly matters. MBH helps you come back to yourself—calm, centred, and grounded.

How a session works

An MBH session lasts around one hour and takes place in three stages:

1. We start with a conversation. We’ll assess you energies and clarify your intentions for the session.

2. Then comes the bodywork. You’ll be standing at first, as we synchronise through movement, breath and light contact. Then, you’ll lie down—first on your back, then on your front—for a full-body energetic rebalancing.

3. Finally, we return to standing for a short grounding phase, followed by a moment to share your impressions and help integrate what was experienced.

Why nudism?

MBH sessions are nudist. Nudity creates a space of honesty, presence and acceptance. We show up just as we are, without barriers or masks. That simplicity deepens the work, allowing energy to flow more freely.

A subtle but powerful connection

MBH is about genuine mindful presence. The core of the work resides in what I call interpersonal magnetism: a sensorial, respectful and embodied connection between two men.

Through this connection, your energy system can gently return to a more natural and harmonious state.
